About the Dublin map

Georgian squares split by the Liffey

Dublin's map is a tale of two banks: the Liffey runs straight through the middle, Georgian squares and terraces spread south past Trinity College and St Stephen's Green, and the older, knottier northside counters with its own markets and theatres.

Add the huge green rectangle of Phoenix Park in the west — twice the size of Central Park — and the crescent of Dublin Bay to the east, and you get a poster with structure, softness and a story.

Centre on O'Connell Bridge with a 5 km radius: Phoenix Park anchors the west, the bay opens the east, and the Georgian core sits right at the heart. Dublin's low density means every street stays legible even at 60×90 cm.
